Suffering more then enough now

Again same issue, wow I have never had such experience in my whole entire life. Last I complained miway followed up and fine all was well for a while but now we are back to square one again, I have been communication with Great South Autobody which is dissaster because they been making promises that they do not fulfil and there are so many complains about these people and yet miway still uses them which I wonder y. So my car was suppose to be ready on 3/7/2013 and when I called on tuesday the 2nd and spoke to Jacques Scholtz and he said my car is no where near to be ready its in the paint department which it has been there for the past 2 weeks and promised that it will be ready by wed 10/7/2013 so I understood delays happen so I called him again on Friday he said he will organise a cortesy car for me on monday, called Linen @ miway to follow up but he never called me back come monday Jacques said he will confirm around 3 never called though next day tuesday he then shouts @ me and says by 5 I will know so I call miway so they escalate it to management Gert but no one has called me ever since monday I have left too many messages but nothing. Is this how a customer must suffer*crying*
