I went to Irene Mall was looking for a pair of nice sandal i couldnt get them at Old khakhi and then i decided to try Cape union Mart. On my arrival was attended by their proffesional staff as always. I was attended by Winnie Mathabata and as we could not find the size of the shoe she decided she will look on system and then let me know as soon as she gets the size from other branches. I left my details with her but as usual some customer representative consultant dont always get back to us i didnt expect a call or if I got it will be after two weeks. What struck me about this lady was her excellent customer service . i liked the fact that she kept me in the the loop and she would advise how far she is regarding finding t. he right size for me. I have been in the industry for 3 years and i know when a consultant has gone all out for a client. Heads up and GRATITUDE to you Winnie Mathabatha. Keep up the good job.
