I am utterly disgusting with the service Edgars has been providing, not only for myself but for most of the people that has an Edgars account. We have been paying the account that has been in arrears, with the arrangement of paying R500.00 p/m. But every month we get sms's and phone calls saying we have not paid the account.

When i do tell them we have paid and have the proof we must go in an show that we have paid, what kind of service is that? Now i must waste my time every month and go into a store with all my slips and show them we have paid. That is utterly ridiculous.

When phoning customer service they can not direct you to the proper person to speak to and are often times rude. Another problem is they increase your credit limit without your prior knowledge. Because of their systems not reflecting our payment our outstanding balance has gone up, with a R1500-00 and we have been handed over about 5 times now.

This is really ridiculous, all because they do not pick up the payments made to them. I would like to discourage people to open an Edgars account, it is more hassles then its worth.
