HiFi Corp-Switched Off! Totally Unacceptable&Unfai

I bought a digital camera, memory card, camera bag & extended guarantee from them. I decided to take HiIFi Corp up on their offer of We Beat Any Price, as I was a loyal customer of Hifi Corp, had faith in their service & trusted in their word so I thought I'd give them the business & buy all of that there at a better price as they said they would be able to give. I now no longer want to shop there, I've got no faith in their service, I don't trust anything they say due to the terrible experience I've had. I was to as well as there was no full disclosure of the terms & conditions of the We Beat Any Price offer by the persons that helped me there. I got a quote from another store so I took it to Hifi corp & I was told by the sales rep as well as manager that they will beat the price & I would get what I wanted as on that quote at a better price from their store. However this didn't happen, as in the end I paid more than what the other store quoted me! Now I realize that they said all that as they just wanted my business. I've reported & complained about this before but haven't received any response. I was cheated & could've gone else where & saved. They don't do as they promise
