WHY DOES FNB ASSOCIATE THEMSELVES WITH GLACIER

I ordered a water filter from Glacier in Johanessberg from Wilfried on 13-02- 2013 (paid in full and paid for delivery). i'm still waiting for this filter over 1 month ago. I'm very disappointed with the service and even more disappointed that the only reason i got this filter in the first place was because i bought it with my E BUCKS from FNB bank. FNB should check their suppliers before they associate themselves with them. service is not very good at all. Wilfried said he would send me another filter as Post office was on strike for over a month. up to today i have not received anything.
