Account paid up but on ITC

Please is there any1 who can assit... I have paid up the my Jet account like a year ago. And it still shows on ITc that I owe them. And I have called in their call center and no 1 was willing to assist... They said they will send me a letter to confirm account closed but I didn't get anything. It is just not right that on my credit records it still shows that I still owe Jet but I have closed it. I can apply for anything coz this gives me a bad name for something I have never done. I have paid it...
