Breach of Promise on Reward for Edgars Surveys

Edgars has been sending me surveys to complete with a promise that I will be rewarded for participating, about 2months ago I got a call and was told that R 300.00 worth of "thank U" points will be loaded on my thank you card as appreciation for my participating in their surveys, this was never done, as a result I am no longer interested in completing their tedious surveys for promises that never get fulfilled. I am disappointed though especially since someone from their call centre called me and made me excited for nothing.
