This lady Tamara was behind the parcels counter and when I wanted to give by bag in she did not take as she was having a conversation with fellow employees only after about 15 minutes I was helped.

I was under the impression that customer gets served then you go on with conversations with fellow employees.

this is also not the first time I get a bad attitude from this lady
