Account Issue

I just recieved my statement from Jet on email and I am being charged for an Account Protection Plan of which no one has bothered telling me about, I then phoned and spoke to some rude guy Kamogelo or something like that who asked if I wanted to be helped or not??? I mean these people are charging interests fees and still adding on some unnecessary amounts to the account just for them to benefit??? I find it to be very disappointing and and I call them for taking each and every cent from a customer is it a crime to have an account with Jet?? It is not fair at all especially when I am doing my best to make sure my account is always up to date.
