I am really very upset in the way I have been treated by RUSSELS staff. Since I opened my account I have been struggling. There was a problem with my debit order (I didn't work in town) that's why I signed the debit order. Since the 1st month there was a problem Russell's call me and treat me and talk to me like I am a criminal. That I really didn't appreciate. I called the Russell's branch Middelburg, where the answer the phone (YES), and I spoke to the manager and he put me through to the Accounts lady (that will sort out the problem.

In the meanwhile I have been retrenched I went into the branch with my paperwork they asked for the papers to be certified. But since that they I get nasty phone calls "I don't care if you are retrenched we will call you every day", and text messages that states I will be handed over. And the text message states that they cannot get hold of me but they have my number to call me with and be rude to me? How professional is this. I have been retrenched been taking allot of strain and stress and now this behavior I really think is very unprofessional.

I really don't appreciate the way I have been treated as a customer.
