Poor customer service

Went to the store to buy two cd's. First i was searching through the cd's to find the one that i'm looking for, and there where about 4 assistants in the store. Two busy by the cashier, the other two chatting about DVD's that are in the store. Then a lady by the name Pinkie came to the raw i was at, she asked me if she could help. When i was trying to explain to her what i was looking for she started singing, looked at cd's on the raw behind me and was not listening to what i was saying.

She kept on singing and bout 3 minutes later she asked me again if there was anything i was looking for. I found that very rude for someone to ask me a quesion and when i answer them they look the other way and started singing. I left the store and went to Musica. Got a good service and they actually helped me find what i was looking for nicely. Not impressed by the service at all. Will go straight to Musica next time.
