Splitting Bags

Last week I went to Mr. Price Sport to purchase my son a 'pull string' 'swimming bag'. Today, I returned to exchange it as it split on the side! This is the second time that I have returned the same bag due to the material tearing. It is just with dissapointment that the staff there, Store Manager, Lindiwe and the cashier, Nosisi seem to think that I am incompetent enough to put heavy things in that bag! who are they to question what I put in that bag! It's utilised for swimming, therefore a towel, costume & sunblock would go in there? Lindiwe then persistently advised me that they can not exchange the bag again as what if the new one also tears? I understand the customer concern there, however, no need for attitude! I'm the one buying the bag, therefore, I will make the decision! should this one break, I will return it too!
