I bought a brand new defy double oven from Game. I had it stored for a few month, waiting for the kitchen to be refurbished. Once this was done, I had it installed only to find that it was tripping the electricity supply. This happened on a Wednesday, I called defy directly and was advised that it was tripping due to moisture build up as a result of storage. If I had left it out for a few days it would clear up automatically, but i had a function planned for that weekend and needed it sorted asap. Ralph McDonald then intervened and sent someone up to swap out the elements even though they weren't liable. The technician was swift and efficient, as was the correspondence from Ralph. Well done guys and thank you for assisting in making the unction a success
