Hi Edcon

I am saddened that i have to use this platform to communicate with you because your call centre is so shockingly inefficient.

I am a victim of identity and have been trying the entire day to get hold of someone who can give me feedback with regards to the pending investigation. I am firstly greeted by a grunt from the lady who answers the phone at the head office on number 011 495 6000. I am then put on hold to an extremely irritating tune for 15 minutes only to hear someone scrambling with the phone who then CUTS ME OFF.

As a department i expect better service due to the nature of the enquiry. If its to enquire whether you have a size dress i am looking for, then fair enough i could hang on and keep calling back.

Please let me know how my investigation is coming along, as i have been to complete a dispute form, given you the affidavit and have given you adequate time to have a look and see what is going on. As i did not open this account myself!
