Had very bad expirience with CNA GREENACRES

Took my cellphone for repairs it took a month to come back after I was several times in and out of the shop checking for my phone, and they promised me of coming to me personal to update me instead they send a security which never came to me .finally my was back on a Monday the 4Th of march so i here from NADIA on monay 11th march, WHICH ON FRIDAY 8Th I went to check for my phone Lizzete told me its not back yet, so I got Nadia in the passage of the mall 11th march she asked me did i get my phone, i told her no, she sad my fone came back Monday the 4th march, when I went the11th they sad the phone is there I must pay access fee of 90Rand to get my phone, of which by Edgar's I never paid any access fee, so i phoned Edgar's spooked with Sphokazi she told me the phone probably was sent straight to insurance instead of service provider, which Edgar's always do, by cna they never told me they just booked the phone without telling me it goes to insurance or the provider, and now i cant get my phone coz i must pay 90Rand am so disappointed in-fact after this I don't want anything to do with CNA they tried apologise after I angry all ready I cant give my cell nr my phone is still with them
