Dion Wired
Poor service

On Saturday afternoon I bought a media player from Dions wired - when i got home and opened the box i could see it had been opened - it was dirty and damaged and the instruction book was missing. I then had to return it on Sunday. I was told i would be refunded but no explanation or no apology was offered. I had to drive a long way to return this product. I find it very poor service and will never buy from your shop again.
