Robbed at Mr. Price

My Purse was snatched from me yesterday at the Mr. Price in Trade Route Mall Lenasia. I then went to make it known to the security and staff of Mr. Price and asked them if I could check their camera footages. The lady showed me parts of the footages of the time in which I was not there and skipped the footages of the time that I was in the shop. I asked her to go back to the time in which the incident happened and she had told me that she does not know how to use the computer. I am truly disappointed by this.. Please do get back to me as soon as possible as to what will be done for the incident that took place yesterday. Thanking you in advance.
