Pick n Pay - all pay, no goods!!!

I purchased groceries from the online Pick n Pay store to be delivered on Wednesday 6 March. Less than half of my order was delivered, although I was billed for the full amount of the order. I phoned the call center and after half an hour on my mobile, I finally logged each and every item that wasn't delivered. The amount comes to R742.42 that is outstanding. Seeing that the goods that was delivered was in such poor condition, I asked that I be refunded for the amount outstanding and I was told that I would get a refund. On 7 March I received a call from the call center asking me when I'd like the remainder of my order delivered to which I had to explain the whole story again and it was said that I would get a refund. It's now 8 March, I haven't heard from anyone on my refund!!! Please give me some feedback and give me back my money!!!
