I purchased a Kindle for [URL Removed] They were eager enough to have an effective shopping cart whereby you can choose your product, - and receive a confirmation email that they acknowledge your order... pay for it - whereby they confirm receipt of your payment... very professional emails... UNTIL... you realise that your order was placed well before their daily cut-off time... and wait for the next day... (as you are patient)... and still nothing... so you email them... (polietly)... asking for some clarification but you dont even get an email response. You then email them again... and nothing. I will now have no choice but to charge back on my credit card payment... and would STRONGLY suggest that you all avoid this site like the plague. This is the worst customer service EVER... to say the least
