We went into a Lewis store to buy a bedroom set which is on special. The advertised monthly instalments was advertised as R303 pm over 36 months. They also say that the credit price includes all fees (insurance etc). when the contract was drawn up, suddenly the instalments for the same period has doubled to R606 rand. A printing mistake from them and the E & EO policy covers them. My question is this. Why do they then in the same breath say pricing was correct at time of printing? The head office don't bother coming back with ANY queries
