Dangerous objects in their pakaging

To whom it may concern

On 6 March 2013 I purchased a 45g Doritos Sweet Chilli. While eating I suddenly bit into something extremely hard, causing a lot of pain in my back tooth.
I spat out, what I thought was n piece of rock. On closer inspection I realized it was a piece of hardened spice about the size of half my thumb. This compacted piece of spice was as hard as the sandstone we find in the area.
This could've resulted in a lot of drama. What if one of our foreign guest bought the packet and broke his/her teeth.
We are situated about 1h30min away from the closest dentist.
