3 month old fridge left un-repaired for days

My fridge was reported broken to the KIC / Whirlpool call centre on 02/03/2013. Lack of communication within KIC has led them to do nothing about this. At this point I have multiple reference numbers, a broken fridge, and at least 15 kg of rotten food.
