Having found the items required, I proceeded to the cashiers for payment.

Of the Eight (8) or Ten (10) till points only Two (2) were manned.

There was a cashier at the "first" till and one at the "last" till. The tills in between were not operational.

Granted, the store was not buzzing with clients (I can now understand why), before long customers that had reached the end of the line had to walk all the way back to pay for their purchases.

I eventually paid and proceeded to the exit. The security alert beeper went of and the security began to rummage through my bags in full view of passing customers.
She eventually found the item with the security tag, assured me that this was not a regular occurrence and offered me the item to take back to the cashiers for the tag to be removed.

I was absolutely disgusted!

Whilst I was protesting the situation further, the security beeper went of and another customer was subject to the same HUMILIATION!

Point here is that: POOR MANAGEMENT = IRATE STAFF = DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO GET ATTENTION=DISGUSTED CUSTOMER.

What are you going to do about this???
