Hair in Sealed Food Product

I purchased a alfredo from the food section in woolworths (sealed product), when I opened it to eat it there was a hair in it.

Ironically shortly after that i received an email requesting that i rate Woolworths on their service. In this email I noted my complaint but to date have received no response.

What's the point of their email???
