Terrible Service

I bought my daugher a PSP for Christmas, one month later had to take it for repairs. Was told it takes 6 weeks and that I would be updated throughout by sms as to the status. I have received no sms's, saturday is 6 weeks. Each time I have to call and they never call me back. Supervisors are always on lunch when you call. Her birthday has just passed and besides barely playing with her Christmas present can't even play with the games she got for her birthday. Not happy!
