I have an account with House and Home.
Yes it is my fault for letting the account go in arrears and I have started making an effort to paying towards the account.
I am a single mother of 2 and am battling at the moment but for the lady that called me to say my R500 at the moment is not good enough or of company policy then what would you like me to do. Rather go bother those people that DONT make ANY effort to paying to their accounts.
I can only afford R500 and if I get handed over when I have tried to make an effort now is bad customer service.
I dont need the attitude from the lady that just called me, yes I understand its company policy but honestly what would you like me to do if at least I am making an effort, but all you can do is say well you WILL be handed over.
You so quick to hand over people who are actually making an effort.
