No response to Credit Review

I opened my account with Woolworths during Jan/Feb 2011. Since then my account has not once been submitted for a credit review, despite a few telephone requests being made. The only answer: You do not qualify for a credit increase at this moment, it will be done in (whatever month). What I have been trying to explain though, is that I am earning four times more than what I earned when I opened my account - surely a credit review is in order. After finally getting someone to do one on Friday, March 1st, the call centre agent assured me that I will have a response either on the same day or Saturday, March 2nd. To date: NO RESPONSE!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Very disappointed, seeing as Woolworths is at the top of my shopping list.
