Fantastic service

I would like to commend Mahashwari Govender and Diane Buckley for their prompt and efficient service which is quite rare with mr price. I requested to close my account which I was told by the contact centre that it had to be done by email. I then sent the email expecting feedback after a week or so. About 2 hours later I received an email confirming it was done, I requested a letter confirmation within in the hour it was in my inbox. Thank you soooo much I really appreciate the excellent service and I do hope this message is passed on to the both of you.
