Communication Signs

This has happened to me twice, the second time i just couldn't take it any more. After standing in the line for almost 30 minutes and to be told by the teller that the speed points are not working was not fair at all and the worst part there was no signs in display to tell customers in advance that this line is CASH ONLY like we see in other retail stores. We where asked to go and join other ques starting from the back. Talk of worst service ever!!!
