Money taken from my bank acc no permission

I had an acc a few years ago i paid it in full and closed it 2 years ago now im being hounded for the last few months telling me i owe money. I have many times tried to resolve the problem nobody wants to help me aparently there are other people also having the same problem. money has now been taken without my permission from my bank acc! that is i do not owe this company anything its not my fault they lost their records, i want my money refunded. total taken was around R1000!!! thats my grocery money. i have faxed paper work and all that to them wasted my time and my money to fix this problem please fix this i also now have a bad record name they have ruined my life now in ways
