I am so furious, brought back a default bag which has already been replaced once before for the same default, bought in december but I do not have a reciept. From the time I walked in the door and mentioned my problem the woman at the sandton branch immediately discredited me saying "we can't help you without a reciept" I asked for her to check on the system and after much argueing as to why she can't or rather won't check past transactions she told me that its because I'm not in business and that's why I'm not understanding. She gave me lip consistently with a stinking bad attitude. She refused to give me her name when I repremanded her bad attitude and shameful customer service. All her colleagues around her came with solutions to help me accept she kept harping on and on with this bad attitude. I will certainly never be shopping at fraziers in sandton again. Even the Glen was helpful, in fact they sent me here to resolve the problem as this was the store I initially bought the bag from. They will not give me her full name but her name is LEBO. Pathetic service Lebo, and I'm not one to complain.
