I'm very disappointed, with TFG Group, on the 28/02/2013, i received a notification from trans union that enquiries have been done on my name, I phoned the head office of TFG Group to confirm with them, A call centre agent confirmed that it is true. I asked them not to approve the credit because t was not the one. surprise, surprise, the account was approved on the 26/02/2013, before i received the notification as per trans union report., the very same day the application was done, The operator assured me that they will not approve it, i asked which shop and town is the account being opened at, i was told that, in Tembisa at Total sport, I drove to Tembisa, thinking that they have a file of that application, Guess what? Nothing, only what they know is that he have been phoning, asking if his application have been done. On 01/03/2013 i received an sms congratulating me of my new account.!!! This is, Call this person to the shop and arrest him, Then notify me i will come and take over, The case has been opened already, Me and the Police, are just waiting for him to start, Then we will be able to track him down, This is the right time..
