Pathetic Service

On the 4/02/13 I bought Fried Fish & chips from checkers hyper in menlyn only to find out that the fish was rotten and I was already ate the fish. Rose msiza my colleague immediately returned the rotten food to checkers. I started to have a tingling feel around my lips and after a while my upper lips started swelling. I then realised that i actually reacted from the food. I was then sent home and went to the doctor who confirmed that i reacted from the offending food and was given medical certificate. On the 11/02/13 i went to checkers to inform the manager about the incident Mr Anthony Winkworth & Alletta (manageress), they didnt seem interested AND started to diagnose me saying i was suppose to have a diarhhear or reacting from fish and said they will attend to the matter i gave both of them my swollen pictures & the medical certificate. TILL TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM BOTH OF THEM I FEEL VERY OFFENDED AS A CUSTOMER TO REALLY BE TREATED THIS WAY, MY LIFE WAS IN DANGER BECAUSE OF THEIR FOOD.it was not my first time eating fish & chips from checkers
