I would like to pay Nicole and the other staff members of Truworths Eikestad one huge compliment. I have enjoyed good customer service in my time, but feel that Nicole and her peers truly deserve a special mention, as their vibrant energy, dedication to customer satisfaction and attitudes in general are nothing short of impeccable!

I ordered a pair of shoes at Truworths Tygervalley 3 weeks ago; when the shoes arrived in Stellenbosch, they were of the wrong colour and size (Tygervalley's fault). Nicole immediately credited the purchase, jumped on the phone to order a better-fitting size in the colour I originally specified - all by her own accord. I hadn't even thought to request another pair, I only had to look disappointed - she was on top of the problem in no time. Great and pleasant was my surprise when - A MERE 2 DAYS LATER - she rang me to say the correct pair was waiting for me. I call this EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is not an isolated event. The team at Truworths Eikestad is a highly commendable force to be reckoned with. Their degree of friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency is a rare gem - THANK YOU!! I hope their employer takes due note...
