BAUER CAR RADIO MELTING

I bought a Bauer Car Radio on 28/01/2013 from house and home in Kempton Park. A couple of weeks when I left the car for about 2 hours parked in the sun, I found that the radio's face had melted. I took it back on Sunday, 24/02/2013 and was told that it would not be replaced because I did not return it within 7 days. I was told that the lady would phone me on Monday. After no response I phoned House and home on Tuesday and was told the same by a lady called Monique. I told her that a melted face on a car radio can not be repaired. I either want my money back or a new car radio. At this stage I think I would rather have my money back and go to another company. I need this sorted out asap.
