Don't buy from them if you are in a hurry

Ordered a sample package just to test them out. Order was placed on 12/02/2013. Still haven't received my package. on the 22nd of February, I got a call asking me for a day time delivery address. That is 20 days after my order was placed that some one actually saw that I had a P.O Box address. Person calling me was really hard to understand over the phone, he had to repeat everything nearly 3 times before I realized he was looking for a physical address. This place is seriously slow and doesn't seem to have any customer appreciation. Will never buy from them again, recommend you don't as well if you are reading this!
