Unacceptable repairs policy

My television which i purchased at Game in Kenilworth Center has started to give problems, and as it is still under guarantee I returned it to the store. When i took it in i was advised that they would need -20days to try and fix the problem and only thereafter they would replace it. So the next question becomes what do i do while they fix this, as that is practically a month i would have to be without my tv, and they DO NOT give a courtesy tv set in the interim. This is a huge inconvenience that i don't think i should have to endure. Why can they not just replace the tv. A day or two i could understand but this in an unacceptably long period of time.

Added to which, this is the 2nd time i am having to return this tv due to faults and its guarantee expires soon. I feel very strongly that Game should either replace my faulty television, or give me a courtesy one while they try and fix it. My entire household is now having to be inconvenienced due to this and it is not acceptable.
