Disgusted!!!

I Went into your store on the 20/02/2013, i am a buyer for a school and needed supplies for our first Aid kit as our school is going on camp, i was told that i needed to go to the counter to get "anthemas cream" I went to the counter were the Gentleman asked me for my name and surname as he had to put it into his computer, he then asked if i was Mrs Dc Varga, i then explained i wasnt as that is my mom (56) i am 21, he then said "oh you are Mis Wm i said yes, later on i went to pay at the counter, my cream was in those sealed containers were the cashier had to cut it open for me to pay, i payed and then left later on i recieved a call from my mom asking why didnt i pay at clicks, last night when i got home, we recieved a call from your manager who admitted there was fault but almost like an "o well", Beacuse you guys have staff who are dont know how to do there job, both at the counter and the cashier, i know have to waste my time and petrol to go back to this store to fix something your stuff messed up!
