Terrible Service from Manager Hillfox

Good Day,

Purchased a chalk board from your Hillfox Store. Arrived home and none of the accessories stipulated on the box were included. Called the store and was told that I must bring in the incomplete unit for an exchange. I refused - having sat in traffic for 45 minutes, there was no way I would sit in traffic again for an exchange. I requested to be compensated for my petrol. Alternatively, a staff member from Reggie's would have to deliver to my house. I was told that no one in Reggie's Hillfox owned a car and that compensating me for my petrol is out of the question. I did not wish to be inconvenienced for something that was not my fault.

I spoke to Mpho, the very inexperienced store Manager! After giving her my name, she kept referring to me as "My Dear" (I asked her on three occasions NOT to call me dear), interrupting me in mid sentence, comments like "are you finished talking now", "Mmmm"...

After spending thousands on a monthly basis at your store, I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the offer for R100 gift voucher - which I will not be accepting.
