I had asked on friday 15th Feb that they keep a pair of tukkies (last size 9) for collection on saturday. I however couldnt make it to the store until today 20th Feb. Since its the store policy that they only keep the goods for 48 hours, my tukkies were returned back to the sales floor. Lerato went all out to help me look for the tukkies which were misplaced on return from customer care. She literally went through each aisle and shoe boxes to find my pair. She is polite and friendly. Thank you Lerato
