DEFECTIVE SPINNING BIKE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a spinning bike from Pavilion store on 03/02/2013. After assembling it, I noticed 2 things wrong, firstly the handlebar was skew, not aligned with the rest of the bike and secondly, the adjustment knob for the handlebar was not working.
I contacted the store on 04/02/2013 & arranged that someone would come out to sort out the bike. A man came out the next day, & agreed that those 2 aspects were defective & needed replacing, he informed me that he will hopefully have the parts by the next day. 3 days later on friday 08/02.2013, I became annoyed for not hearing from the repair agent & took the bike back to the store. That evening they gladly replaced the bike for me and assembled it as well. I checked it in store & all seemed fine. I took it home, & used it. I then found that the handlebar became loose everytime i used it. It was faulty. I took the bike back to the store on 19/02/2013, requesting a refund, cause the bike was obviously not good quality. The store refused saying they need to have the repair man look at it. I asked to speak to a manager, Tony Di Meola, he told the staff to follow procedure and put the phone down not speaking to me.
