At infested

Towards the counter of the shop, with 1 teller working nogal n a line of about 20 people, the place reeks of rat urine n the staff say theres nothing they can do about it, there was a packet of tennis biscuits n when i asked the manager to remove it she said she'll do it later... the tellers' clothes were torn from limb to limb, the place stank so bad that people cudnt contain it but bcoz they needed to buy goods they were left with no choice... I was suprised the manager was packing things while we told her to remove the half eaten packet of biscuits... furthermore the place looked like a supermarket than a jet mart, IT WAS SO GROUSE N PATHETIC!!!
