Bad customer service

On the 15/02/2013 my mom and I went to Truworths at East rand mall to close my mom's account, Pink Masondo assisted us, firstly she was not friendly at all, she told us that if we close the account my mom wouldn't be able to open another one in future should she want to, we asked the procedure as well as more advise but she give us attitude just saying you won't be able to open another one! Then after 3seconds of thought my mom and i decided to close the account, as i approached Pinky Masondo informing her that we have decided to close the account, she took the landline phone and made a phone call not even informing us whose was phoning, the conversation was informal and lasted less than - 3minutes, we thought if she was phoning the head Office they would have to speak to the account holder to verift the details, but it was not done at all, after that she said they said they will close it, i asked if whether we could get a document to confirm that with her rude attitude she said they will post it! And she walked away to the staff room, before we could even ask questions we were not sure of, before we even left, without offering any feather assistance and her colleagues and her custome
