Sarcasm with a smile

Today I closed my account and was asked to please explain why!!! It's my decision and shouldn't have to give any reason why I have chosen to close my account. I told the lady assisting me why and I was sarcastically told to please know that Truworths will never open an account for me again once I close it. I responded by telling her that I do not need this account because I have 3 other retail accounts which offer a wider selection for the fuller figure unlike your ZETA range which is very limited and not very colourful. I feel that "a thank you for been a valued client for many years and we are sorry that you are closing your account" would have been a more appropriate response.
