Insurance Calim on TV

I placed an insurance claim in October 2012 and the calim got approved as per Khani. I have phoned numerous times asking about the delivery of the TV. They have been saying that there is no stock since I have put in the claim. I have phoned again today (18 Feb 2013) and I have still not received an answer re the TV. I really do not think that they can be out of stock as they are still advertising these TV's in the catologue. I am very dissipointed in this service since i have been paying for a TV for 4 Months now that I do not have!!!
