Be aware-water purifiers being discontinued

Dropping the plastic top of my water purifier i went to their head office a short while ago and was given the ridiculous replacement price (half of the cost of the whole machine!) because this was the minimum charge as it was also discontinued- in fact the machines were likened to cellphones! Maybe they want to start calling themselves Smartwater. This will be the second "corpse" of this brand that I've got as i now discover this unit has been discontinued as well-My suggestion should be to this company that as it is on the shelves it too should have an expiry date on it-TIC TOC
This is one of lives"little luxuries" i can well afford to be without in the future
