Still no feedback

I posted a complaint 5 days back and received a response saying that my complaint is being attended and still no feedback. in my mind i am now thinking that this is a and that furniture city is waiting till end of the month when i will be faced with same problem and they have not sorted out the fact that they have lead me into arrears. It is unethical and completely unacceptable. Too many companies are getting away with this and consumers end up black listed because no action was take. This is a huge problem it is illegal and a dangerous game to play. I regret ever stepping a foot in that store. worst of all it is a new branch and clearly not yet up to standard in terms of systems. I did not have the same problem when i purchased at Bears and even settled the account 7 months before my contract ended. i did tell the consultant i do not answer my calls during work and that alternatively she should send me an email but nothing.
