Great service by Sales Assistants

My daughter is a finalist in one of the beauty pageants. We shopped around for an appropriate outfit for one of her many activities leading to the day.

Upon entering the store, the obvious rude treatment was encountered by two ladies at the Wichery department. Whilst we thought we don't deserve that and left, we saw a beautiful dress and an assistant came our way (carrying a beautiful smile). She enquired about the occassion, helped us with so many choices. Actually went back to Wichery and came with the dress that was an ultimate hit. We chose that one.

Whilst shopping around, other team members assisted, Lydia together with the lady at the fitting rooms. Gave us expert opinions.

As an owner of two retail stores in SA, I know the importance of customer service but most importantly going an extra mile. These individuals provided that without undermining us as customers. A most common practice in SA retail stores.

I would management to acknowledge this note and forward these comments to these beautiful ladies who made our day. It was okay for me to spend R4 000. It was worth the experience.
