Sour Milk

I had a complaint with milk i had bought which was easy enough call checker brickhill and they collected the worst part I have 12 l of this milk and have had no response from Checkers as to what is happening i feel there customer service is really horrible and very unsatisfying and am shock I could at least have an up date.
