I have been trying to get my account balance for over a month now. Their website does not work, and when I posted an inquiry about that, instead of being helped or being given my account balance, customer services reset my PIN.
I emailed to point this out, and instead of assisting me or indeed reading my email, the agent (JACQUELINE KADER) reset my PIN AGAIN!
